3 Key Steps to Digital Maturity
Zoho highlights the importance of low-code and no-code tools to promote information cohesion before automation.
Spanish companies still need to improve on digitalisation issues, including the integration of artificial intelligence (AI).
According to data from Zoho, only 1 in 4 companies in our country has a good digital health. Its Digital Health Study reveals that practically half of the organisations (47%) remain average.
Faced with the implementation of the AI phenomenon, Zoho points out that it is necessary to carry out a process analysis to clean the data to be used. Data hygiene is a key point.
Specifically, there are three steps to follow to achieve digital maturity, starting by streamlining processes through the use of low-code or no-code tools. Thanks to this, it will be possible to bring everything together, getting data rationalised as a second step. The next step will be to invest in automation.
‘It’s good to see AI as a central point of discussion in relation to data privacy,’ says Sridhar Iyengar, managing director of Zoho in Europe.
‘We fully agree with the European Commission’s view that AI is a very significant opportunity if used responsibly, with a strong ability to drive productivity and economic growth,’ he says.
‘AI can help businesses in areas such as customer experience, through chatbots, making decisions in advance, through pattern and data analysis, as well as aiding efficiency,’ he exemplifies.
‘These integrations,’ he concludes, “support data-driven strategic decision making, enabling greater agility, fostering business resilience and providing companies with a crucial competitive advantage in the marketplace”.
