Allurity Announces Two Acquisitions to Expand its Presence in Europe

It has acquired France’s Lyvoc and the UK’s SecAlliance. It now has nine brands in Europe, including Spain’s Aiuken Cybersecurity.

Allurity is extending its European bet with the purchase of two new companies in the cybersecurity market. One is the French company Lyvoc, based in Lyon, and the other is London-based SecAlliance.

Lyvoc will allow it to move into identity and access management, cloud security and compliance automation, with more solutions for digital transformation.

‘With the addition of Lyvoc, we strengthen our capabilities with advanced cybersecurity integration services and deepen our technical expertise. This acquisition aligns perfectly with our vision to be the preferred partner for cybersecurity services in Europe,’ values Frida Westerberg, CEO of Allurity.

‘With SecAlliance, we consolidate our position in the UK, a strategic market for our growth. This company, which offers the ThreatMatch platform, specialises in strategic cyber intelligence and threat intelligence.

‘These acquisitions,’ Allurity’s CEO summarises, “strengthen our mission to create a more secure digital world”.

Allurity is now approaching ten Old Continent brands, including Spain’s Aiuken Cybersecurity.

In addition to Lyvoc and SecAlliance, it owns Portugal’s CloudComputing, Germany’s SRLabs, Switzerland’s SECURIX, Denmark’s CSIS and Sweden’s Arctic Group.

Allurity operates in thirteen countries, has over thirty offices, and a team of over half a thousand professionals.
