Dell Technologies Increases its Quarterly Revenue by 9%

Reached $25 billion in the second quarter, with $7.7 billion coming from the server and networking side, a record.

Dell Technologies reported results for the second quarter of its 2025 financial year.

The American company managed to improve its revenues by 9 % compared to the same period last year, bringing the total to 25 billion dollars.

Of this, $11.6 billion came from the infrastructure solutions group, which improved 38% year-on-year.

Notably, server and networking revenues reached a record USD 7.7 billion after growing by 80%. This was made possible by the demand experienced in traditional and artificial intelligence servers.

‘Our momentum in artificial intelligence accelerated in the second quarter,’ notes COO Jeff Clarke, who explains that there was “an increase in the number of enterprise customers buying artificial intelligence solutions each quarter”.

‘Demand for AI-optimised servers was $3.2 billion, up 23% from the same period last year, and $5.8 billion year-to-date,’ he says.

Meanwhile, the customer solutions group generated revenues of $12.4 billion, down 4% from a year ago. While revenues on the commercial side were flat, consumer revenues were down 22%.

Dell Technologies earned $1.17 per diluted share in the second quarter, an 86% improvement. On a non-GAAP basis it was $1.89 or 9 % higher.
