New Opportunities in AI, Data and Edge Solutions from Dell Technologies

Dell Technologies’ Nacho Martin highlights new opportunities in AI, data and edge solutions, supporting partners in innovation and advanced technology.

At a press breakfast, Nacho Martín, Dell Technologies Channel Director for Spain and Portugal, presented a detailed analysis of the new opportunities that are opening up for the company’s partners in the areas of data, artificial intelligence (AI), servers and edge solutions. During his speech, Martin highlighted how Dell Technologies is supporting its partners in the face of these new challenges.

Five building blocks for innovation

According to Martin, Dell Technologies is focusing on five building blocks to help businesses innovate, highlighting that innovation is the engine that drives business growth. The company believes that any idea can be turned into innovation through the right application of the right tools and technologies.

One of the most important aspects addressed was artificial intelligence, considered a democratisation of innovation. Dell Technologies uses AI from four angles: AI ON, providing tools for companies to build their solutions; AI IN, integrating AI tools into its products and services; AI FOR, modernising the company internally; and AI WITH, creating an open ecosystem of technology partners to benefit customers.

Martin also highlighted Dell’s Artificial Intelligence Factories, which provide the perfect infrastructure for customers to get the most out of AI. These factories are based on the quality and correct structuring of data, as well as the use of pre-configured products such as Dell Validated Designs (DVDs), which are reference architectures optimised for various industries.

In addition, he stressed the importance of having a modern data centre, defined by intelligence, flexibility and resilience. A modern datacentre must incorporate AI tools to automate tasks, be flexible to manage loads in different environments (datacentre, public cloud, or edge), and ensure data protection and continuity.

Finally, Martin spoke about Dell Technologies’ multi-cloud strategy and the APEX model, which allows customers to consume technology as a service with the flexibility of the public cloud and the security of an on-premise datacenter. On the channel side, this model offers partners a significant opportunity to generate high margins through customised solutions and additional services.

With these initiatives, Dell Technologies reaffirms its commitment to innovation and support for its partners, providing tools and strategies that enable them to meet current and future technology challenges.
