OpenText Announces Cloud Editions 24.3

The innovations introduced aim to “help customers shift gears and adopt DevSecOps with AI”.

OpenText has introduced product innovations with the Cloud Editions 24.3 announcement, which it defines as “a major leap forward in integrating advanced information management capabilities, trusted cloud solutions, robust security measures and cutting-edge artificial intelligence”.

“While 2023 was the year dedicated to testing the basic foundations of AI, in 2024 the focus will be on perfecting both its large-scale adoption and the scalability of generative AI,” says Muhi Majzoub, CPO of OpenText.

He explains, “We enable our customers to confidently navigate their journeys to cloud, security and AI, establishing trust in data integrity as we enter a new era of integrated information growth and agility. Our key innovation in this release is focused on helping customers shift gears and adopt DevSecOps with AI,” he says.

OpenText DevOps Aviator, which has a built-in wizard, facilitates application delivery by using testing bots to automatically generate code-free tests from manual tests.

In addition, OpenText Fortify Aviator automates both auditing tasks and SAST vulnerability remediation to discover and fix problems. It includes remediation suggestions in the DevOps workflow.

And OpenText Content Aviator takes care of the automation and speed part of content management, available in OpenText Core Content, OpenText Extended ECM and OpenText Documentum. It also extends collaborative content capabilities, reaching high quality video.

OpenText Thrust Studio offers a real-time wizard for developers, with quick access to code samples and API documentation in the Visual Studio environment, and OpenText Cloud for Government earns US FedRAMP “fully authorised” status for OpenText Extended ECM and OpenText AppWorks.
